Donate Money

Without financial support from its members and its community, the St. Clair County Historical Society would be unable to pursue its mission to educate, preserve and inspire.

We are a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. We depend on the generosity of our friends and neighbors to maintain and expand on our many worthwhile projects.

There are many ways to financially support us and what we do. Contact us and we would be happy to discuss with you the many options for giving to the STCCHS.

You can support us by:

  • Making a cash donation to the STCCHS to support our museums and our mission.
  • Remembering a beloved friend or relative by making a donation in their name to the STCCHS.
  • Including a bequest to the STCCHS in your will.
  • Considering a charitable remainder trust, which allows you to donate assets to the STCCHS and enjoy considerable tax benefits and income during your lifetime.

In planning your estate, talk to your family then talk to your lawyer, accountant or financial planner. In making these plans, consider talking to us. Your gift to us helps us preserve history and teach people about the past.
