Time: 6:00pm, Dinner at 6:30pm
Menu: Ceasar Salad, Assorted Cold Salads, Breast of Chicken Perigord, Sliced Beef Bordelaise, Green Beans Almondine, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Pasta in Alfredo Sauce, Rolls & Butter, Coffee & Tea
Cost: $25.50 including tax and gratuity (Pay at the door)

Nominations for election of board members and directors. The terms for the current board members/directors are as follows:
Term expires in 2011: Daphne Sumner, Drew Awsumb, David Cox, Jennifer Awsumb, Ashley Weir, Norma Drayer (Ashley Weir resigned as Director in 2011; Daphne Sumner and Norma Drayer have agreed to serve a three year term as Directors)
Term expires in 2012: Larry Betz, Hazel Wade, Carol McGinnis, Doug Gain, Debbie Gain
Term expires in 2013: Joan Agnes, Dan Bainter, Clare Goelz
Two potential board members are needed.
Doug Gain – Nominated for President
Larry Betz – Nominated for Vice President
Carol McGinnis – Nominated for Corresponding Secretary
Ken Lickenbrock – Nominated for Treasurer
Hank Oplinger – Nominated for Director
Nominations will be taken from the floor at the Annual Meeting before elections are held. If anyone is interested in being nominated for a position on the board, nominations are still open. Please contact Daphne Sumner by January 9, 2012 at 538-7739 if you are interested.
